1 lb. organic beef
1 lg. yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
garden peas
16 oz. organic sour cream (or plain yogurt)
beef boullion
flour
water
milk
salt
black pepper
white pepper
extra wide, whole grain noodles
Brown meat, add onions and garlic, salt , black pepper, white pepper. In separate bowl, combine flour (about 4-5 T) and sour cream; add some boullion and about a cup of water and stir. Pour cream mixture into meat and onion mixture. Add peas and stir. Simmer for a couple of minutes on low, stirring frequently, and adding milk until desired consistency is reached. Serve over noodles and with green salad.
