Chicken Stir Fry Wraps

3 chicken breasts, boiled and pulled
1 cup quinoa, uncooked
1 yellow onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 large carrots, diced
peas
broccoli, chopped
olive oil
soy sauce
bouillion
chili sauce
dried chili pepper, crushed
lime juice
white pepper
black pepper
ground ginger

Put half the chopped onion, half the minced garlic and the uncooked quinoa in a pan with some olive oil. Saute over med-high heat. Add water and boullion to mixture, and cook quinoa until done.

In a large pot put onions, garlic, carrots, pulled chicken, and cooked quinoa all together and mix with a little oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, white and black pepper, and crushed chili, and lime juice. Stir constantly over medium heat. Add in chopped broccoli and peas. Stir until everything is cooked to your taste.

Serve topped with cheese and lettuce, rolled in a cooked tortilla.
