Veggie Alfredo

Red bell pepper, sliced
Broccoli, chopped
Red onion, wedged
Carrots, sliced
garlic, crushed and minced
milk
flour
butter
parmesan cheese
salt
black pepper
thyme

Lightly saute veggies in oil. In another pot, make roux with flour and butter; slowly add milk (over med-low heat), stirring constantly until mixed well. Add sauteed veggies. Serve over whole grain pasta, with caesar salad.
