Meatloaf

1 lb. organic ground beef
1 c. (cooked) organic quinoa
1 whole yellow onion, finely diced
3 cloves (homegrown) organic garlic, chopped
½ organic carrot, shaved
½ c. parmesan cheese, shredded
1 (backyard) egg, beaten
¼ c. water
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire

**Shape into loaf on broiler pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for one hour. Served with roasted red potatoes, garden green peas, and green salad.
