BBQ Turkey Wraps

5 lbs. of sliced turkey (in this case, I used some leftover turkey I had in the freezer)
All natural BBQ sauce (or, make your own)
1 large yellow onion, sliced
tortillas, cooked
cheese, shredded
lettuce, shredded
carrots, shredded

Put turkey, BBQ sauce and sliced onions in crock pot and cook for a few hours, until you can easily shred turkey with spoon. Serve on cooked tortillas, with shredded cheese, lettuce and carrots.
