Chicken Masala

3 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into cubes
1 jar Masala sauce
1 lg. yellow onion, cut in wedges
garden green peas
1.5 c. brown rice
water

Combine masala sauce, water, cooked chicken, peas, and onion into sauce pan to simmer. Cook brown rice according to directions. Serve sauce over brown rice. Serve with green salad.

**I like to keep some wholesome, pre-made "simmer" sauces in the pantry for those emergency days when (for whatever reason) I'm short on time. I still haven't made this sauce from scratch, but I want to. Indian food is a family favorite.
