Spaghetti and Marinara with Meat

Organic stewed tomatoes, or fresh organic tomatoes pureed and cooked down
Tomato sauce
Tomato paste
1 lb. organic ground beef
1 large yellow onion, diced
6 cloves of garlic, crushed and minced
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Organic balsamic vinegar
Sea salt
Black pepper
Italian seasoning
Thyme
Oregano
Basil
Paremsan cheese, shredded

Combine tomatoes (according to desired consistency) and simmer. Brown meat in balsamic vinegar and italian season, salt, pepper; drain fat, add olive oil, more balsamic vinegar and seasonings, onions and garlic. Add meat mixture to tomatoes. Season to taste, and simmer over low heat (the longer, the better). Serve over organic, whole grain pasta; sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
