Greek Pasta Salad

Feta, crumbled
Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
Red onion, sliced
Green peas
Carrot, shaved
Yellow bell pepper, cleaned and diced
Grape tomatoes, halved
Whole grain rotini or penne pasta, cooked and drained
Balsamic vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red wine vinegar
Basil (fresh can't be beat, but dried does the job)
Sea salt
Black pepper

Combine all to taste. Refrigerate and mix well before serving.
**Grilled chicken can be added to make this more of a stand-alone meal.
