4 lb. lamb roast
brussel sprouts
carrots
onions
garlic
red potatoes
sweet potatoes
salt
pepper
rosemary
thyme
Cut cross-checks thinly through top fat and stuff with minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Roast lamb in the oven on high heat (400 degrrees) for half an hour. put roast, juices, and veggies and seasonings in crock pot and let slow cook all day.
**Donovan made this for us the other night. SO delicious! Lamb is definitely my favorite red meat (other than venison or elk...)
